About Warranty Terms

To customers purchasing stock parts from our company

  • Please check the model number and specifications before purchasing. If you are unsure of the specifications, please contact our customer service.Returns due to customer reasons are not accepted.
  • Our stock parts are new and unused, but they have been stored for a long time.
  • In the event of a component malfunction, please contact our customer service representative within three weeks, attaching a report clearly detailing the malfunction and any operational checks performed.(Depending on the nature of the malfunction, a more detailed report or analysis results may be required.)
  • The warranty period is three weeks from the date the customer receives the product (according to the calendar, not working days).
  • Unlike the manufacturers and authorized distributors from which customers typically purchase products, we cannot provide product warranties in accordance with the standard manufacturer's warranty. Furthermore, please be aware that we cannot provide any analysis or assistance for defective products.
  • If you notice any defects upon receiving the product, such as receiving the wrong part or the product being damaged, which can be identified before functional testing, please contact us within one week of receiving the product.
  • The components we sell are intended for use in general electronic devices. They are not intended for use in equipment that could endanger human lives, or in specialized applications such as military, aerospace, or space equipment.
  • Please be aware that we cannot accept any liability for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the delivered parts. Even in cases where compensation is deemed necessary, the amount of compensation will not exceed the purchase price of the product.

  • Depending on the implementation environment and component storage conditions, baking or other pre-treatment may be necessary. Please handle this appropriately at your own discretion.
